There are seven independent synthetic production workshops (production lines), one pilot plant (medium test line), and six clean production workshops with cleanliness level of 100,000 (fine baking). The total annual production capacity is more than 600 tons of APIs and intermediates.
There are nearly two hundard synthetic reactions ranging from 50 liters to 30 liters. The layout, selection, design, operation and maintenance of plant, equipment and facilities are in line with the requirements of the GMP system.
There are 750 square meters of polypeptide semi-works and complete set of experimental production lines for trial production.
